Experience

Darius Bursh is a native of Louisiana and moved to Tempe, Arizona with his family in 1975. He attended McClintock High School in Tempe and graduated in 1986. Darius completed his undergraduate studies at Claremont McKenna College, in Claremont, California and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. After Claremont, Darius followed in the footsteps of several prominent family attorneys by attending the Arizona State University College of Law where he graduated in 1995. While in law school, Darius clerked for a large defense firm in Phoenix where he was mentored and tutored on litigation strategies and techniques by several of Arizona’s finest trial attorneys.

Darius became licensed to practice law in Arizona in 1996 and began his legal career serving as corporate defense counsel for a national insurance company. Darius quickly gained invaluable experience as lead counsel in dozens of litigation matters involving insurance coverage and liability. By 1999, Darius was ready to leave the insurance defense arena to pursue his true calling of helping victims get the justice they deserve. He joined forces with his good friend and classmate, Marc McCain, to form McCain & Bursh. Together, they directed their focus on providing top notch legal services to clients from all walks of life. 

Darius has a vast practice and has represented victims who have been seriously injured or killed in construction accidents, fire accidents, assaults, commercial trucking accidents, car accidents, golf course accidents, drowning accidents, work place accidents, civil rights violations, and cases involving medical malpractice. Darius has a knack for prevailing at the highest level and is known for the multiple million dollar settlements and verdicts he has obtained for his clients.
