Darius Bursh

Darius Bursh has lived in the Phoenix area since the mid 1970's. He attended Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California (B.A., 1991) where he studied government and economics and played point guard for the Claremont Stags' basketball team. After graduating from CMC, Darius returned to Arizona to study law at Arizona State University College of Law (J.D., 1995) and has practiced in the Phoenix area since then. After working for several years as an insurance defense attorney for State Farm Insurance, Darius "switched sides" and began applying his knowledge and experience of insurance companies' inner-workings in their handling of personal injury claims by fighting for the rights of injured persons. Darius is a founding partner of McCain & Bursh, PLC, Attorneys at Law and currently focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury cases. Mr. Bursh also represents a variety of clients in general commercial litigation matters involving business disputes.

Mr. Bursh is a skilled and seasoned litigator who has fought for his clients to procure reasonable and just settlements and verdicts in personal injury and commercial cases. Darius is committed to maximizing the value of his clients' claims and utilizes his experience as an insurance defense attorney in obtaining top value for his clients. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of cases including wrongful deaths, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, burn cases, nursing home neglect, day care neglect, contractor negligence, slip and falls, and injuries caused by assault. Darius has represented a number of victims in wrongful death cases in which he procured settlements in excess of $1,000,000.

In addition to personal injury and commercial litigation, Darius Bursh has represented a number of high profile athletes from the NFL and NBA. He is also the attorney for one of the largest youth football organizations in the State of Arizona -- Arizona Competitive Youth Football League.
